CGS Standard Special Provisions

The following Standard Special Provisions are reviewed and customized by the City’s Standards Committee. They typically cover requirements in the Contract that are not covered by CGS Standards (ie: GSSSs and General Conditions) and/or Ontario Provincial Standards (ie: OPSSs). They apply to one or more tender items or Contract as a whole (ie: General Items) or a specific tender item(s). When applicable to a specific tender item(s), the tender item shall be denoted by an “SP” next to the item(s).
