SUDBURY ARENA BOX OFFICE REMAINS OPEN FOR REFUNDS THROUGH TO July 31, 2020
Box Office Hours of Operation & Cash/Debit Refunds
The Box Office at the Sudbury Community Arena will remain open Monday - Friday, 12 p.m. to 4 p.m., through to July 31 to provide refunds to patrons who paid cash or debit to purchase tickets to events scheduled between March 13 and May 16, 2020 that were canceled due to COVID-19. To receive a refund, you must present the event ticket(s) to the Box Office as proof of purchase. A refund will not be provided if the physical ticket is not presented.
After July 31, patrons can contact Arena Administration at firstname.lastname@example.org to schedule an appointment to receive their cash or debit refund.

Credit Card Refunds
If you purchased tickets to any event scheduled between March 13 and May 16, 2020 with a credit card, the refund has already been applied to the card of purchase.
Health & Safety
Please note, health and safety measures are in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19, these include:
• Limiting the number of patrons in the Box Office lobby area to one at a time
• Designated area for waiting outdoors marked at 6 feet apart
• Mandatory requirement for face coverings
• Use of hand sanitizer before and after the transaction
• Glass barrier at the Box Office service counter
