Update July 2, 2020:
An extended heat warning issued by Environment Canada has activated the municipal Hot Weather Response Plan.
The Sudbury Community Arena and the YMCA are open for members of the public to shelter from the heat. Arena hours have been extended to 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., and YMCA hours are 12 – 5 p.m. A water bottle filling station has also been installed outside the Arena for public use.
Seniors and residents who require assistance should call 311 to discuss their individual situation.
Box Office Hours of Operations & Cash/Debit Refunds
The Box Office at the Sudbury Community Arena will be open Monday to Friday, 12 to 4 p.m. to provide refunds to patrons who purchased tickets to events scheduled between March 13, 2020 and May 16, 2020 that were canceled due to COVID-19 and who paid by either Cash or Debit. To receive a refund, you must present the event ticket(s) to the Box Office as proof of purchase. We cannot provide a refund if the physical ticket is not provided.

Credit Card Refunds
If you purchased tickets to any event scheduled between March 13, 2020 and May 16, 2020 with a Credit Card, the refund has already been applied to the card of purchase.
Health & Safety
Please note, Health & Safety measures are in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19.
- Limiting the number of patrons in the Box Office lobby area at a time to one
- Designated area for waiting outdoors marked at six feet apart
- Recommendation to wear a face mask
- Use of hand sanitizer prior to and after the transaction
- Glass barrier at the Box Office service counter

Wolves & Five Season Ticket Holders and/or Holders of Vouchers
The offices of the Wolves and the Five remain closed at this time. If you have questions regarding season tickets or vouchers, please contact SW Sports & Entertainment (SWSE) directly by email at email@example.com or by leaving a voicemail at 705-675-3941 ext 2013.
All City of Greater Sudbury community and recreation centres, all arenas, fieldhouses, and City-operated pools, fitness centres and museums are closed.
All facility rentals are suspended until the end of the Provincial order. Refunds or credits will be issued for cancelled facility rentals. No new rentals will be accepted until after the Provincial order is over.

Ice Rental Fees
- Monday to Friday: before 9:30 a.m. and after 5 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: before 7 a.m. and after 8 a.m.
- Monday to Friday: 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Saturday and Sunday: 7 a.m. to 8 a.m.
