Culvert Replacements
Fleming Street to Laurentian Crescent, Val Caron
The City of Greater Sudbury will be continuing road culvert replacements and drainage improvements on Fleming Street and Laurentian Crescent, approximately 0.5 km from the Municipal Road 80 and Fleming Street intersection, in Val Caron.
Construction by the City’s Contractor, MCA Contracting Ltd., will begin April 30, 2024 and is expected to be completed in the spring of 2024.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday.
Final asphalt will be completed in May/June of 2024.
Construction Details: 
- Road and driveway culvert resets, and drainage improvements on Laurentian Crescent,
- Road restoration including asphalt on Fleming Street and Laurentian Crescent at the road culvert replacement locations.
- Grading and restoration will continue through a strip of City owned land between Fleming Street and Laurentian Crescent.
- Area residents may notice construction traffic on Fleming, Olivia Streets and Laurentian Crescent.
