Anderson Drive, Lively
Road, Water and Wastewater Improvement
The City of Greater Sudbury will be completing road and water/wastewater improvements on Anderson Drive, between Third Avenue and Meaghan Duhamel Drive, in Lively.
Construction by the City’s Contractor, Bélanger Construction Inc. will begin June, 2023 and is expected to be phased over two construction seasons with final asphalt in the Summer of 2025.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday. Weekend or night work may be required.
Construction Details:
- Replacement of the watermain and sanitary sewer, including services to lot line
- Reconstruction of the road, including replacement of the storm sewer, concrete curb and sidewalks
During construction, there may be dust and noise in the area. The City makes every effort to reduce the impact to nearby residents and business owners.
