The City of Greater Sudbury has extended the deadline for residents who would like to comment on the draft Transportation Master Plan, to 4:30 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2015.

The Sudbury & District Health Unit and the Ministry of the Environment and Climate Change are currently investigating possible blue-green algal blooms at Moonlight, Camp Sudaca, Amphitheatre, Bell Grove and Canoe Club Beaches on Ramsey Lake in the City of Greater Sudbury.

The City of Greater Sudbury is pleased to announce that summer programs and ice time are now available at the Gerry McCrory Countryside arena, providing opportunities for residents to book a birthday party, go for an afternoon skate or play some adult shinny hockey.

The City of Greater Sudbury is inviting countries and nations that are not yet represented on our community’s Bridge of Nations to take part in the launch of the third phase of this highly prominent landmark.

As part of its commitment to assisting the city’s vulnerable population, the City of Greater Sudbury will enter into an agreement with the Salvation Army to offer the Out of the Cold Shelter from November 1, 2015 to April 15, 2016. The program will be run out of a City-owned building at 200 Larch Street.
