Using the new Program Registration and Facility Booking System

Preschool 1 – 5, Preschool Fitness, Swimmer 1-2: Swim instructors will not make physical contact with the participants, except where they must do so to ensure a participant’s safety. A parent/guardian must be in the water (dressed in a bathing suit and must enter the water) at all times to assist their child. Ratio is one parent per child. Aquatics staff will provide instruction and feedback while the child participates with the assistance from their parent or guardian. Only one parent/guardian may attend each session if needed. Spectators are not permitted at this time.

Swimmer 3 and up: Participants in Swimmer 3 and up may attend without a parent/guardian. Swim instructors will not make physical contact with participants during lessons, except where they must do so to ensure a participant’s safety.

There’s a new way to register for leisure programs or book a facility. It’s easy to create an account! If you need help getting started, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.

The French interface of our new registration system is still under development, however it is important that the City goes live with the new system as the existing registration and facility booking system is no longer supported by the vendor. Residents can still receive this service in French by calling 311 to have a French-speaking operator process bookings or registrations. The French interface will be launched in time for the fall/winter registration period.
