City Council is asking residents to share comments and feedback about homelessness in the community, including potential improvements in services, concerns and local needs. 

The City of Greater Sudbury is rolling out the first phase of a new online portal that will greatly enhance customer service with 311 Live Web Chat.

With New Year’s Eve upon us, provincial shutdown and gathering restrictions remain in place to help prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community.

There will be changes to some City of Greater Sudbury services throughout the holidays. As we now head into the first weekend of December with the holidays kicking in to full swing, the message remains the same

The library will open from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, from 2 to 7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays and from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on weekends.

An amendment to the City’s Winter Control Policy includes the ability to declare a Significant Weather Event (SWE) in line with the provincial Minimum Maintenance Standards for winter road maintenance.
