Chelmsford Town Centre Community Improvement Plan and Whitson River Conceptual Design

The City of Greater Sudbury invites residents to provide feedback for the future of the Chelmsford town centre on Thursday, December 14 from 5 to 8 p.m. in the large hall at Club 50, located at 25 Main St. West in Chelmsford. 

As part of the City’s Nodes and Corridor Strategy, the Chelmsford Town Centre Community Improvement Plan (CIP) will identify a vision for the area to ensure it is well planned and thoughtfully designed to attract investment, support economic development and strengthen community identity. 

The Whitson River component will address active transportation connections between adjacent neighbourhoods and the town centre, as well as provide recreational opportunities.
