Manhole repairs will close the northbound curb lane on Barrydowne Road, just south of Palm Dairy Road, on May 16.

Filming will take place on Sunday, May 15, from 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Elgin Street in front of the Town  House Tavern and Laurentian University School of Architecture in downtown Sudbury. 

The City of Greater Sudbury is reminding residents of the proper ways to drain swimming pools. In addition to protecting the municipal wastewater treatment system, the Sewer Use By-law 2010-188 protects the environment by regulating discharge into the municipal storm sewer system.

Filming on the boardwalk will take place Thursday, May 12 from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. People enjoying the boardwalk may be asked to wait for a few minutes, while filming takes place, before they can continue. We thank you for your patience.

Due to mechanical issues with collection vehicles, garbage and leaf and yard collection for households in parts of Minnow Lake and New Sudbury will see a delay in today's collection schedule.

Elm Street, Sudbury: An emergency repair to a manhole on Elm Street has closed both west bound lanes, near Ethelbert Street.

The City is undertaking Phase 1 of its Official Plan Review and Greater Sudbury residents are invited to share their comments at a series of open houses throughout the community.
