Cricket
Cricket is an emerging sport in Greater Sudbury, gaining interest as more residents discover the skill, strategy, and community it offers. Our city currently has two dedicated cricket grounds, providing accessible spaces for both newcomers and experienced players to learn, practice, and enjoy the game. Although cricket is still developing locally, its growing player base and regular participation reflect a strong and enthusiastic community. These grounds serve as important hubs for training, friendly matches, competitive tournaments, and supporting the sport’s continued growth in Greater Sudbury.

The French interface of our new registration system is still under development, however it is important that the City goes live with the new system as the existing registration and facility booking system is no longer supported by the vendor. Residents can still receive this service in French by calling 311 to have a French-speaking operator process bookings or registrations. The French interface will be launched in time for the fall/winter registration period.
