Planning and Development

The Planning Services Division is committed to planning and building a great city. Our team is drawn from a wide-range of backgrounds including planning, biological sciences, landscape architecture, engineering, surveying, geomatics and administration. 

We play a diverse role in leading planning conversations in the community and implementing the City of Greater Sudbury’s Official Plan.
