Client Navigators

The City of Greater Sudbury employs a team of Client Navigators whose role in the community is to work with people experiencing homelessness and help them navigate the system to permanent housing.   Client Navigators meet with people staying in shelters and living outside throughout the City's geographical area to provide support services, referral services and navigation to other community agencies that support vulnerable people.

 

The Client Navigators work with other City services, including Social Services, By-law, Building Services, Fire Prevention Services and Greater Sudbury Housing, providing a client-centered approach to meet the needs of individuals who otherwise may not get important services that they require.
