Option 3 - Trial - Plead Not-Guilty

If you are choosing to appear in court to plead not guilty to the charge(s) against you, you must complete the Notice of Intention to Appear form.

A Notice of Intention to appear can be submitted by:

  • In-person or by mail at Provincial Offences Office, 199 Larch St., Suite 102, Sudbury, ON, P3E 5P9

Once you have filed the Notice of Intention to Appear in Court, you will receive a Notice of Trial in the mail within 6-8 weeks after we receive your request. Please be advised that you must notify our office of any change in address so that your notice of trial is sent to the correct address.
