Residents Invited to Attend Virtual Budget Information Sessions on December 6

Residents are invited to attend virtual budget information sessions on Wednesday, December 6, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. and 6:30 to 8 p.m. to learn more and ask questions about the proposed 2024-2025 municipal budget.

Links to the sessions will be available the day of the event at overtoyou.greatersudbury.ca/budget-2024-2025 and on the City’s social media sites.

For residents unable to attend, the sessions will be recorded and available for viewing online. A question-and-answer tool is currently available at overtoyou.greatersudbury.ca/budget-2024-2025.

This is the second round of public engagement on the proposed 2024-2025 budget. Community feedback from the first round of engagement was presented to City Council on November 15, during the Finance and Administration Committee meeting. Information collected throughout the public engagement process is shared with Council for their consideration during budget deliberations, which begin December 12, 2023.
