Downtown parking restrictions will be in place during the Sudbury Rocks Marathon on Sunday, May 8 from 3 a.m. on to 3 p.m.

MR 35, Azilda: Due to emergency culvert repairs, MR 35 is down to one lane in each direction, just south of Marier Street. Flag persons are on site, directing traffic.

Residents and businesses of the west end and south end of Sudbury may notice low water pressure on Friday, May 6, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. during scheduled maintenance work of the David Street Water treatment plant on Ramsey Lake.

Union gas will close the west bound curb lane at 1150 the Kingsway, in front of Sudbury Hyundai, to remove a service line on May 4 to 5.

CN will be conducting repairs to the rail on O'Neil Drive West in Garson on May 3 and Bodson Drive East in Hanmer on May 4.

The City of Greater Sudbury is inviting residents to show how prepared they are in case of an emergency. Emergency Preparedness week is May 1 to 7 and the focus for this year’s campaign is” Emergency Preparedness Starts with you, Prepare Yourselfie!”

Moonlight Avenue/Hines Street, Sudbury: As a result of ongoing road construction on Moonlight Avenue and Hines Street, the contractor will close the intersection starting on May 2 for approximately 2-3 weeks.
