Construction Startup Notice- May 12, 2025
The City of Greater Sudbury will be completing road and water improvements on Windle Drive between Millwood Crescent and Stewart Drive, in Sudbury.
Pavement Rehabilitation by the City’s contractor, Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP) will begin August 2025 and is expected to be completed October 2025.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday. Weekend or night work may be required.
Note: Windle Drive is included in a multi-location contract. As a result, the timing of the work outlined in this notice may be subject to change.
Construction Details:
- Watermain lining in advance of road work (to be completed by FER-PAL Construction)
- Asphalt removal and replacement
- Drainage improvements
