Cold Weather Notice - October 15, 2026
Lively Infrastructure Improvements, Phases 2C and 2D
Due to ongoing work on the City of Greater Sudbury’s Lively Infrastructure Upgrades project (Contract ENG23-10), your home may be connected to a temporary water supply system.
When the outside temperature is below freezing, keep a tap in your home running with a stream of water approximately the diameter of a pencil (6 mm or ¼ inch) at all times to help prevent freezing. Your water consumption is not metered while you receive water from the temporary system. Instead, your bill is based on a flat rate during construction.
The contractor is working to complete the project and restore your regular water supply as soon as possible.
