Construction Update Notice - August 7, 2026

Lively Infrastructure Upgrades

The City of Greater Sudbury recognizes that the pause in construction activities on Anderson Drive has been longer than expected and appreciates the patience of residents and businesses affected by the delay.

Construction by the City's contractor, Belanger Construction, was temporarily suspended while utility coordination requirements were addressed. That work is expected to resume on August 11, 2026.

Thank you for your patience as we work to improve the roads and infrastructure in your neighbourhood. The City of Greater Sudbury and its contractors are committed to public safety and will monitor the ongoing progress of construction.
