Construction Startup Notice- May 16, 2025
The City of Greater Sudbury will be completing road improvements on various roadways listed below.
Construction by the City’s contractor, Pioneer Construction Inc. will begin May and is expected to be completed September, 2025. Each location is to be completed within four weeks from the time the construction begins.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday.
Work will take place on sections of the following roads:
Single Surface Treatment:
- North Shore Black Lake Road (Lively)
- Bruno Street (Azilda)
- Bodson Drive West (Val Caron)
- Pine Hill Road (Sudbury)
Double Surface Treatment:
- Trudyville Road (Wahnapitae)
- Dryden Road East (Wahnapitae)
- Mikkola Road (Lively)
- Moxam Landing Road (Lively)
- Bonin Street (Azilda)
- Desmarais Road (Val Therese)
- Kenneth Road (Val Therese)
- Horseshoe Lake Road (Sudbury)
- Deschene Road (Hanmer)
