Construction Startup Notice - November 7, 2025
Phase Two - Lasalle Boulevard and Elisabella Street Industrial Area Infrastructure Upgrades
The City of Greater Sudbury will be completing water, wastewater, storm sewer and road improvements on Elisabella Street and Lasalle Boulevard between Elisabella Street and east of Foundry Street, in Sudbury.
Construction by the City’s contractor, Garson Pipe Contractors will begin in November 2025 with completion expected in November 2027.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday. Weekend or night work may be required.

Project Highlights:

Phase One (Lasalle Boulevard East, from Falconbridge Road to Elisabella Street) work ongoing and anticipated to be completed in late Fall 2025.
- Phase Two is anticipated to begin by Fall 2025 and will see infrastructure upgrades, including work on water, sanitary and storm sewers as well as road improvements on Lasalle Boulevard East from Elisabella Street to Foundry Street and on Elisabella Street from Lasalle Boulevard to Lapointe Street.
