Construction Start Up Notice- April 15, 2025
Lasalle / Elisabella Infrastructure Upgrades
The City of Greater Sudbury is planning water, wastewater, storm sewer and road improvements on Lasalle Boulevard East between Falconbridge Road and Elisabella Street in Sudbury.
Construction by the City’s Contractor, Garson Pipe Contractors will begin April 2025 with completion expected November 2025.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday. Weekend or night work may be required.

Current Construction Details:
- Road reconstruction, water, sanitary and storm sewer upgrades.
- Addition of a new sidewalk on the south side of Lasalle Boulevard.
Project Highlights:
- Phase One will include road reconstruction and water, sanitary and storm sewer upgrades on Lasalle Boulevard East and the addition of a new sidewalk on the south side of Lasalle Boulevard.
- Phase Two will see infrastructure upgrades on Elisabella Street from Lasalle Boulevard to Lapointe Street and on Lasalle Boulevard East from Elisabella Street to Foundry Street.
- Phase Two is anticipated to begin by Fall 2025.
