Pavement Rehabilitation and Resurfacing Davidson Street, Sudbury
The City of Greater Sudbury will be completing road improvements on Davidson Street, between College and MacKenzie Streets, in Sudbury.
Construction by the City’s contractor, Green Infrastructure Partner (GIP) will begin June 2025 and is expected to be completed October 2025.
Current Construction Details:
- Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday. Weekend or night work may be required.
- Davidson Street is included in a multi-location contract. As a result, the timing of the work outlined in this notice may be subject to change.

Project Highlights:
- Remove and replace asphalt
- Remove and replace concrete curbs
- Remove and replace sidewalk on the north side with the introduction of an asphalt boulevard
- Sanitary and storm sewer spot repairs as required
