Tenders must be submitted on forms provided by the Corporation, in a sealed envelope using the completed label sheet provided, to the City of Greater Sudbury, Supplies and Services Department, Second Floor, Tom Davies Square:

The construction works include the following approximate quantities for each of #2 and #3 clarifiers:
• Demolition, removals, and disposal of existing clarifier desludging and scum removal mechanism.
• Removal and salvage of existing walkway and handrails for reinstallation.
• Concrete remediation of clarifier including overflow trough.
• Supply and installation of new clarifier desludging and scum removal mechanisms.
• Supply and installation of density current baffle.
• Reinstallation of salvaged walkway and handrail.
• Retrofit of existing clarifier drive unit including new torque control system.
• Replacement of stop/start panel.
• Electrical upgrades including alarms to PLC panel.

Only bids from prequalified Bidders and have attended the Mandatory Tender Information Meeting, will be considered.

A Mandatory Tender Information Meeting will be held on Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at 9:00 AM, in Committee Room C-12, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, Ontario, to be immediately followed by an Optional Site Visit.

The Deadline for questions is 12:00 Noon, Thursday, November 3, 2016.
Tenders will be opened publicly at 2:30 PM, on Tuesday, November 8, 2016, by the Tender Opening Committee, in Committee Room C-13A, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, Ontario.
