Using your GOVA Pass

Once on board, tap to activate your QR code and scan it on the farebox. The code is valid for 5 minutes from activation, so be sure to wait until you are on board the bus before activating. Customers may be asked by the operator to display the green timer moving on the screen, which indicates the QR code is valid. After your fare is accepted, ask the operator for a transfer if needed. Each QR code is single-use and cannot be reused.
