GOVA Pass smart card users are encouraged to create an account and register their card on the GOVA Pass  eFare website. Registering your GOVA Pass smart card helps protect the fare balance if the card is lost or stolen. Unregistered cards cannot be recovered, and any remaining balance will be lost.

If you are a reduced fare passenger and have already set up your account at the Downtown Transit Hub Kiosk with an email address, you do not need to register again. You have already completed the first step, and your card is linked to your account and email. To manage your card online, please visit the eFare website and select “Forgot Password” to create a password for your account. Important: Do not attempt to register or create a new account, as your email is already in use and you will receive an error message.
