Paper Ride Cards - End of Sales Information

Paper ride cards and passes will no longer be sold at City of Greater Sudbury facilities- including the Downtown Transit Hub Kiosk, Citizen Service Centres, and Libraries- after May 30, 2026. 

Paper magnetic fares are being phased out and replaced by smart cards and the GOVA Pass mobile app.

All existing paper tickets, ride cards, and passes will continue to be accepted until December 31, 2026. Customers are encouraged to use their paper ride cards and passes before they expire on December 31, 2026.
