The construction works include the following approximate quantities:

• 63,000 tonnes Roadway Granular
• 10,000 tonnes Hot Mix Asphalt
• 2,600 lin.m Concrete Curb
• 3,000 sq.m Concrete Sidewalk
• 1,700 lin.m Storm Sewers
• 130 vert.m Storm Structures
• 450 lin.m Watermain

Tender documents and drawings may be downloaded free of charge from the City of Greater Sudbury’s (City) website or may be picked up at the City of Greater Sudbury, Engineering Services Division, Third Floor, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Box 5000, Station A, Sudbury, Ontario, P3A 5P3, on Tuesday, March 14, 2017, upon receipt of a non-refundable payment of $150.00 (includes H.S.T.).  Tender documents may also be viewed at the same location.

Bidders must prequalify and the deadline to apply for prequalification is 12:00 Noon, Tuesday, March 21, 2017.
Only bids from prequalified Bidders will be considered.

Tender Information Meeting

A Tender Information Meeting will be held on Monday, March 20, 2017, at 10:00 AM, in Committee Room C-13-A, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, Ontario.

Deadline for Questions

The Deadline for questions is 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, March 22, 2017.

Tender Opening

Tenders will be opened publicly at 2:30 PM, on Thursday, March 30, 2017, by the Tender Opening Committee, in Committee Room C-13A, Tom Davies Square, 200 Brady Street, Sudbury, Ontario.

Tender Award

Tender award is subject to receipt of Ministry of Environment Approval for Sewer Works.
Lowest or any tender not necessarily accepted.
