GOVA Pass Policies

GOVA Pass mobile app and smart card passes are the property of the City of Greater Sudbury and are non-refundable. Misuse of GOVA Passes may result in pass confiscation, account deactivation or denial of access to service under the Trespass to Property Act

• GOVA Transit is not responsible for lost or stolen fare media
• GOVA passes must not be shared, altered or reproduced in any fashion
• Proof of eligibility is required for reduced concession fares

Violations of this policy may result in permanent deactivation of GOVA Pass mobile app and smart cards.
