Transit Photo ID
Transit photo ID is required to purchase concession, student, senior and youth bus passes and ride cards.
Transit photo ID can be obtained from the Downtown Transit Hub Kiosk and must be presented when purchasing Concession bus passes and ride cards and at the time of boarding.
Transit photo ID and the associated bus passes and ride cards are non-transferrable and can be used only by ID holder.
Transit passes are non-refundable and are the property of the City of Greater Sudbury. Failure to present transit ID, or misuse of transit ID/transit passes will result in pass confiscation or denial access to service under the Trespass to Property Act. Proof of eligibility is required for reduced concession fares. A non-transferable GOVA Transit photo ID is required and must be presented at the time of boarding. Violations of this policy will result in permanent confiscation of the transit pass.
