If water is pooling near a catch basin, storm drain or on a road
- Check whether leaves, snow, ice or debris are blocking the grate, if it is safe to do so.
- If you can clear the debris safely with a broom or shovel, do so.
- If you cannot clear it safely, contact 311.
- Do not drive or walk through pooled water.
