bids&tenders Vendor Registration Instructions
When creating a bids&tenders vendor account, suppliers are strongly encouraged to have additional company contacts create their own login to bids&tenders, within the same vendor profile. Additional company contacts will be able to manage (register, submit, edit and/or withdraw) bids for which the bidder is a registered plan taker. Additional contacts may act on the bidder’s behalf and have the authority to receive addendum notifications from bids&tenders and, where permitted by the terms and conditions of the Bid Solicitation Document, submit bids electronically on the bidder’s behalf.
Do not invite any additional contacts that you do not want to have access to view, edit, submit and/or withdraw bids.
If you have been invited to participate in an invitational procurement, it is imperative that you create your login from the link contained in the email invitation. Do NOT go directly to greatersudbury.bidsandtenders.ca website and create a separate Vendor account.
