Water main shut down will affect homes in Val Caron, McCrea Heights, Blezard Valley

Shutting down a water main in Val Caron will disrupt water delivery on MR80 between the Whitson River Bridge to the Caisse Populaire on Monday, October 6, from 12 a.m. to 6 a.m. Water will still be delivered to the Val Est Mall.
 
This will also affect water clarity for homes and businesses in Val Caron, McCrea Heights, and Blezard Valley during this time.
 
We are asking everyone in these areas to conserve water during this time period.
 
Once water is restored, residents are asked to run the cold water tap nearest their water meter for a few minutes to clear water lines of excess sediments.
