Step 4: Application Approval

Once all event requirements are met and reviewed by the SEAT, you will receive approval to proceed with your event, including any necessary terms and conditions of operation. 

My application was approved, now what? 

Once your event has been approved, we suggest adding it to the Sudbury Tourism Events Calendar to advertise it to the public. 

If there are any changes to your event after approval, please contact your City Liaison to inform them, as additional permits may be necessary.
