Residents Can Apply for Community Housing Online Beginning November 2, 2020

Residents now have more options to apply for community housing through a new online portal.  

The easy-to-use online portal is available anytime, anywhere, on any device, to complete an application, check the status of an existing application, change building selections and update contact information.

People who are applying for community housing for the first time will go to, select the link under Apply for Social Housing, click Online Application, select Register My Account and follow the prompts to create a new account.  A valid email address is required to create an account.

Those who have an existing application for community housing will have received a letter in October with a Registration Code and details on how to create an account.

Options to apply or revise applications by mail, email, fax or the drop box in the lobby of 199 Larch St. are still available.

Computers with internet are available at no charge at Greater Sudbury Public Library locations that are currently open.
