Residents are invited to view and comment on the draft Affordable Housing Community Improvement Plan and draft amendments to the Zoning By-Law at one of three drop-in sessions being held next week:

The series runs through the summer with free concerts every Sunday evening from 7 to 8:15 p.m.

If your home address ends with an odd number, 1, 3, 5, 7 or 9, you are permitted to water lawns, gardens, trees and shrubs on odd-numbered dates of the month.

Durham Street, Sudbury- Sewer lateral repairs will reduce traffic to one lane on Durham Street, between Cedar Street and Larch street on Thursday, May 31. Work will be complete by midnight.

Residents are invited to attend Cambrian Heights Spirit Day, free of charge, this Sunday, June 3, between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m. to celebrate the grand opening of the walk and roll Ryan Heights Accessible Playground, located at 736 Bruce Ave., Sudbury.

Residents are invited to comment on the draft LaSalle Boulevard Corridor Plan and Strategy in person at the New Sudbury Library on Monday, June 4, from 5 to 7 p.m. and on Tuesday, June 12 from 2 to 4 p.m

Ramsey Lake Road, Sudbury- Milling of existing asphalt and placement of new asphalt will reduce traffic to one lane at various locations on Ramsey Lake Road from Thursday, May 31 to Thursday, June 7. Flag-persons will be on-site directing traffic. Work will be done from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

 Nick Benkovich, retired City of Greater Sudbury Director of Water/Wastewater, was named the winner of the George Warren Fuller award, presented on May 1 at the Ontario Water Convention in Niagara Falls.
