Greater Sudbury Public Library looking for Feedback from Residents

Mar 13, 2014

The City of Greater Sudbury has initiated a process for the site selection of a new Central Library, Archives and Heritage Museum Complex and looks forward to the community’s participation. The city has retained Yellowega Bélanger Architecture and Urban Strategies Inc. to lead this important initiative.

Members of the public looking to provide input into this process are invited to take time to answer a number of questions in a survey found online at www.sudburylibraries.ca.  Receiving the public’s thoughts on the Central Library, Archives, and Heritage Museum Complex will be critical to the success of the project.

Open House

In conjunction with the online survey, residents are invited to an open house on Thursday, March 20 at the Main Library from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to meet with the consultants to discuss the new library complex. Behind the scenes tours will also be provided for anyone interested in seeing the inner workings of the library.
