Wee-Ski and Mini-Shredders: Ages 4-6
Wee-Ski
This 4-week beginner ski program is designed for students who are new to skiing, or who have not yet learned to stop and turn independently. Led by Adanac's certified instructors, participants learn in our dedicated beginner areas at a pace that builds confidence, skills, and a strong foundation for future success. Through fun, engaging lessons, children get comfortable with their equipment, develop coordination, independence, and a lifelong love of winter sports in a safe and supportive environment.
Mini-Shredders
This 4-week beginner program is designed specifically for children ages 4-6 who are brand new to snowboarding or are still learning the basics of stopping and turning on their own.
Using terrain-based learning and child-friendly beginner areas, participants build comfort and confidence on their equipment while developing essential snowboard skills. Led by Adanac's certified instructors, each lesson focuses on fun, skill progression, and positive experiences that encourage independence and a love of winter sports.
Program Details
- Four consecutive weekly lessons
- 55-minute lesson each week
- Open to participants 4-6 years of age (must be 4 years of age on the first day of the program)
- Minimum of four participants required per group

The French interface of our new registration system is still under development, however it is important that the City goes live with the new system as the existing registration and facility booking system is no longer supported by the vendor. Residents can still receive this service in French by calling 311 to have a French-speaking operator process bookings or registrations. The French interface will be launched in time for the fall/winter registration period.
