What measures are you taking to help keep patrons safe?

In response to COVID-19, we have adapted operations at Adanac and Lively Ski hill, including reduced capacity in certain areas, enhanced sanitization, elimination of high contact touchpoints, and mandatory mask/face coverings as well as daily screening by all patrons.

Following all Public Health Sudbury and Districts guidelines, our safety measures will continue to be in place throughout the winter. The best ways to help keep our patrons safe include: requiring masks and face coverings, allowing for physical distancing, and ensuring patrons and employees stay home if sick.

We have designed our winter operating plan to do what we feel matters most: help keep patrons safe and provide access to great skiing and snowboarding this winter.

There’s a new way to register for parks and recreation programs or book a facility. It’s easy to create an account! If you need help getting started, visit our Frequently Asked Questions page.

The French interface of our new registration system is still under development, however it is important that the City goes live with the new system as the existing registration and facility booking system is no longer supported by the vendor. Residents can still receive this service in French by calling 311 to have a French-speaking operator process bookings or registrations. The French interface will be launched in time for the fall/winter registration period.
