Aerobics

Aerobic classes are designed to lead participants through a variety of exercises based on the principle of progressive overload. Working at your own pace, you will be using fat as your energy source. Aerobics is a cardio workout for your lungs and heart, as well as a muscle endurance workout for core strengthening, toning and balance. You will get a great workout PLUS sweat to the beat of great music.
