Special Events Parking

For special events, there is a $5 flat rate to park at the following parking lots:

• Sudbury Arena Lot (Lot 6 on the map)
• Shaughnessy West Lot (Lot 3 on the map)
• Shaughnessy East Lot (Lot 2 on the map) 
• Tom Davies Square underground parking lot (Lot 1 on the map)
• CP Rail/Elgin Street parking lot (Lot 7 on the map)

Typically a sign will be placed in the lot to notify visitors of the special event parking fee.

All customers parking in a designated Special Events Parking Lot during a special event must pay the flat rate of $5. Even if you’re not attending the event, or are the holder of a monthly parking pass, you must still pay the flat rate.  

Parking is free of charge after 6 p.m. at Beech Street, Energy Court and Larch Street lots and in Metered Parking areas, except where noted under Special Events. 

Special Events Parking is often in place for Sudbury Wolves hockey games. Check out the Sudbury Wolves game schedule for an idea of when Special Events Parking may be in place in our downtown lots.
