- Two hour maximum
- Per hour: $1.30 (from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday)
- Free after 5 p.m. and on weekends
Elm Street Metered Parking
- One-hour time limit
- $2 for a maximum of one hour
No parking on Elm Street from Monday to Friday between the following times:
- 7:30 to 9 a.m.
- 3:30 to 6 p.m.
This is to allow traffic to flow freely during high traffic times of day. If you park on Elm Street during the restricted times, you will be ticketed.
