Season Start-up Notice - April 1, 2026
Lively/Walden Infrastructure Improvements, Phase 2C & 2D, Lively
The City of Greater Sudbury will be continuing road and water/wastewater improvements on Anderson Drive, between M.R. 24 and Third Avenue, in Lively.
Construction by the City’s contractor, Bélanger Construction, will begin May 2026 and is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026.
Work will typically take place during daylight hours Monday to Friday. Weekend or night work may be required.
Final asphalt will be completed in 2027.
