Concession Fares

Proof of eligibility is required for reduced concession fares. A non-transferable GOVA Transit photo ID is required and must be shown with your bus pass at the time of boarding for the Concession fares listed below. All concession fares are non-transferrable.

Students - Transit Photo ID Required 

  • Who are current high school and post-secondary students

  • Present a current and valid student card from a high school or post-secondary school 

  • Provide proof of enrollment each year 

  • Bus passes: Concession 6 Ride and Student 31 Day passes 

 

 

Seniors - Transit Photo ID Required 

  • 65 years of age or older

  • Present proof of age (Photo ID with date of birth, or a photo ID accompanied by a birth certificate)

  • Bus passes:  Concession 6 Ride and 31 Day passes

 

Concession - Transit Photo ID Required 

  • A recipient of one of the following:

    • Ontario Disability Support Program (O.D.S.P.)

    • Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities (A.C.S.D.)

    • Canada Pension Plan Disability (C.P.P.D.)

    • Veterans’ Disability Pension

    • Registered with the C.N.I.B

  • Bus passes: Concession 6 Ride and 31 Day passes
