Satellite Policy
With the signing of your lease with the Greater Sudbury Housing Corporation you have agreed to follow all the terms of the lease.
As explained in Article 23: Alterations:
"The tenant shall not make any alternations to the rental unit or alter the equipment or install fixtures in the rental unit, ‘alterations’, without the prior written approval of the landlord."
Satellite dishes or other structures that are installed without written permission are a violation of the terms of your lease, and you will be required to remove them at your own expense.
