Can I do any work before my site plan control agreement is registered?
You can do work before your site plan control agreement is registered if you have a Conditional Building Permit. This may be issued if:
- Your site plan proposal has completed at least one circulation to departments, comments have been received, there are no major issues outstanding which may affect the location of the proposed building and the zoning is in effect to permit the development.
- You have paid all necessary deposits and fees.
- You enter into a legal agreement with the City which formalizes your undertaking to complete the Site Plan Control Agreement within a reasonable prescribed time frame.
