Option 2 - Plea of Guilty – Submissions as to Penalty

By selecting this option, you are choosing to plead guilty before a Justice of the Peace and provide an explanation.

To proceed with a guilty plea and make submissions regarding the penalty, you must choose Option 2 – Plea of Guilty – Submissions as to Penalty. You can do this:

• In person at the POA Office, located at 199 Larch Street, Suite 102, Sudbury
• By email at poacourt@greatersudbury.ca

You may ask the Justice of the Peace to reduce your fine or extend the time to pay. The final decision rests with the Justice of the Peace.

Please ensure you bring your ticket and disclosure documents when appearing before the Justice of the Peace.
