Youth Advisory Panel Seeking Representatives for Wards 1 and 9
Apr 4, 2025
Youth representing Greater Sudbury wards 1 and 9 are encouraged to apply to be part of the Youth Advisory Panel. Joining the Youth Advisory Panel is a great opportunity for young residents to actively contribute to their community and offer valuable insights into City programs and services.
This panel will consist of 12 members, with one representative aged 13 to 18 for each ward, alongside two City Council members. Youth from other Greater Sudbury wards were named to the panel at the March 25, Nominating Committee Meeting.
The Youth Advisory Panel will play a crucial role in providing insights into municipal initiatives and fostering youth engagement in local governance. Members will gain valuable leadership experience while learning about municipal processes and contributing their unique perspectives.
