Drinking Water Advisory Lifted in Greater Sudbury's Old Skead Road Area

Repairs have been completed and Public Health Sudbury and Districts has lifted the drinking water advisory for residents in the Old Skead Road area. This affected residents on Skead Road north of Falcon Street, Old Skead Road, Gordon Street, Agnes Street, Patricia Street and Sunny Street.

The drinking water advisory came into effect on Tuesday, December 31, 2024, as of a result of a watermain break. 
Residents are advised to slowly run a cold water tap near their water meter for a few minutes until water is clear of sediment. For prolonged water discolouration issues, please call 311.
