The City of Greater Sudbury is now accepting applications for the Business Incubator Program, offered through the Regional Business Centre. This is a free, part-time program that offers participants access to mentorship, business training, and networking opportunities to help transform ideas into viable, sustainable ventures. It is catered towards entrepreneurs who are developing innovative business ideas or introducing new approaches within their industry.

The recommendations stem from a review of the Community Action Network (CAN) program.

From November 12 to 18, 2025, more than 50 City and contractor snowplows, graders and other winter maintenance vehicles will be out on Greater Sudbury streets completing training exercises to familiarize themselves with routes.
