Downtown Parking Interruptions at Shaughnessy Street B Lot on October 13, 2022

A geotechnical investigation at the Shaughnessy Street B Parking Lot, located between Wacky Wings and Alexandria’s Restaurant, will take place on Thursday, October 13.

Locates for the work will be installed prior to this date and will not affect parking. The contractor will be on site early on October 13 to section off the space required. Work is expected to be completed by the end of the day.

The geotechnical investigation is part of the work being done to accommodate specific parking needs near the Junction East facility, as presented to Council in May 2022.

While work is being completed, monthly parking passholders may park in other municipal lots that offer monthly parking, where spaces are available.
